Jocelyn Park operates at the intersection of education, workforce development, and business strategy, helping students and families navigate the path from school to career with clarity, precision, and confidence.
Professional Background
As a certified executive functioning (EF) coach and education consultant, Jocelyn delivers highly personalized coaching that extends beyond academics. She builds durable systems for organization, decision-making, and self-management that students carry into every stage of life.
Her background in workforce development gives her direct insight into how talent is evaluated in the real world. She has spearheaded workforce initiatives such as Worlds of Work, convening 2,500 Montgomery County Public School (MCPS) students and 250 employers for career exploration, earning recognition as a 40 Under 40 honoree by the Asian American Chamber of Commerce for her impact in this space.
Through her work with the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce, Jocelyn works closely with business leaders across the region, giving her direct insight into what employers are actually looking for when building their talent pipelines. Combined with her background in workforce and economic development, she translates these insights into practical skill-building for her students.
In addition to student coaching, Jocelyn designs and facilitates trainings for educators and school administrators on executive functioning and workforce readiness. She serves on the MCPS Business Management Finance Program Advisory Committee, supporting curriculum and program alignment across high schools in the county, and has been a judge for the annual Business Pitch Challenge for several years.
